I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from professional guidance and expertise, without the prohibitive costs typically associated with it.

I've been where you are now

During my mid-late teens, like many athletes seeking progress, I made the decision to invest time in improving my physical performance. However, I quickly realized that I had no idea what I was doing. Following outdated bodybuilding workouts yielded minimal results. It wasn't until I started university and was introduced to the concept of strength and conditioning (S&C) that I began to see the errors of my ways.

Equipped with the principles I learned during my degree and the invaluable experience gained from working with one of the most seasoned S&C coaches in the country, I finally cracked the code to my own training. I achieved the developments I had always sought after, not only gaining the size required for rugby but also becoming stronger, faster, and more powerful. It was at this point that I decided to pursue a career in S&C.

Fast forward through two degrees, multiple qualifications, professional accreditation, and over a decade of experience, and I am now eager to assist athletes of all levels in enhancing their performance without enduring the same mistakes I made.

  • Free Video Call Consultation: To kickstart our journey together, we will conduct a thorough video call consultation. This session will be repeated regularly to ensure I understand your unique situation, needs, and goals. It allows me to tailor my coaching approach specifically to you.

  • Individualized Training Program via TrainHeroic: I will create a personalized training program based on your specific needs and goals. This program will be delivered through TrainHeroic, a comprehensive platform that provides you with everything you need to understand and complete your workouts. You can expect regular updates to your program, ensuring that it remains dynamic and aligned with your progress. The program includes video guides to exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.

  • Unlimited Support and Communication: I believe in being there for you every step of the way. You will have unlimited support and communication channels through TrainHeroic and WhatsApp. Whether you have questions, need clarification, or require guidance, I will be readily available to provide assistance and keep you on track.

  • Video Analysis of Technique: Your safety and performance are our top priorities. I will conduct video analysis of your technique as and when you need to ensure you are performing exercises correctly, minimizing the risk of injury, and maximizing the benefits of each movement. This detailed feedback will help you optimize your form and make necessary adjustments.

  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins: Accountability is crucial for progress. I will conduct weekly check-ins to review your training week, adapt to ongoing sport seasons or competitions, and keep you focused on the right goals. These check-ins will serve as a valuable opportunity to assess your progress, address any challenges, and make adjustments to your program as needed.
