Meet Jo

Jo is a client I have worked with for a number of months now. She has a family, two jobs and a chaotic busy schedule. When she came to me she was struggling to overcome a nasty shoulder injury, was down about her training and needed guidance. Fast forward 3 months and Jo has hit multiple PBs and no longer feels any shoulder pain
