Speed and agility is delivered on-pitch — because that's where the work actually transfers to your game.

I coach athletes of all ages and levels, from competitive juniors right through to masters athletes. That includes:

Team sport athletes looking to get faster, stronger and harder to injure. Endurance athletes who need strength work that complements rather than competes with their training. Combat and racket sport athletes.

Youth athletes who want to develop properly during their key growth years. And returning athletes coming back from injury, surgery or time out who want to rebuild with someone who knows what they're doing.

What I offer

1:1 Strength & Conditioning Bespoke programming and 1–2 weekly coached sessions in my private gym (Fernhill Heath, Worcester). We assess where you are, build a plan around your sport and schedule, and progress you week on week with proper coaching on every lift and every movement.

On-Pitch Speed & Agility (GameSpeed Coaching) Speed wins games. Using a bespoke GameSpeed model, I run dedicated on-pitch sessions for team-sport athletes — building real, transferable sprint speed, acceleration, change of direction and deceleration. Particularly powerful for youth athletes in their key development years, where the right coaching now compounds for the rest of their athletic career.

Return-to-Performance & Injury-Resilient Training For athletes coming back from injury, surgery or a long lay-off — structured, progressive work that gets you back to your sport feeling stronger than before.

All sessions are run out of my private home gym, with on-pitch GameSpeed work delivered at KGV (Brickfields in Worcester)
